ATO-free flame retardant

FRGEL® 9300 is a halogen-free flame retardant based on advanced technology . It is mainly used for

flame retardant of polymer materials such as PVC ,ABS, CPE. It has the advantages of easy

processing, high flame retardant efficiency, no blooming at high temperatures and high humidity, and

good electrical properties of the products; It can be used to replace antimony trioxide in polymer like

PVC, CPE ,ABS ... FRGEL® 9300 exhibit ultra-fine phase dimensions while fully dispersed in

polymer.FRGEL® 9300 can form a continuous barrier layer on the surface when the material burns,

similar performance like antimony trioxide. FRGEL® 9300 formed barrier layer can prevent the

transfer of heat, the entry of oxygen, and the escape of combustible gases, thereby slowing down the

burning rate and playing a flame-retardant role.

APPLICATIONS

FRGEL® 9300 Adding 3-10 phr can improve the flame retardant performance and reach the UL94V-0

& UL1581 V W-1 , FRGEL® 9300 can be used to 1:1 replace or partially replace antimony trioxide

based on the requirement of LOI .
